I just called Best Buy about the whole issue and let them know about my concerns of the Fox News exclusion of Dr. Paul. They said I was the first person they have heard from about this. Can this really be? Has no one else here called and talked to Customer Relations? If so, we are dropping the ball on this.

They seemed very concerned and gave me a case number and said they would call me back once they got more information from corporate.

I planned on picking up a video cam to take to S.C. of over the next few weekends to catch what our group is doing to support the cause. I am not sure I will get one from Best buy now.

What was the final result of the 6th? Last I heard there is no debate on the 6th - it is called a round table, and when Ron Paul was asked about it, he said he had a schedule conflict. What is the update?

bump. it takes 10 minutes to call Best Buy and talk to customer relations and put in a complaint. they are glad to hear your feedback!

That is not true.

I called them 4 times since our boycott went active and each time filed a formal complaint. I pulled my rewardzone card on the first call, in addition to cancelling all magazine subscriptions that they trick you into buying at the checkout. I just got back from returning a laptop computer that I bought at best buy 2 weeks ago, they asked the reason, I cited the Ron Paul censorship issue. I got the same garbage line about a call back by the way.

I called them last night at 2200 EST, transferred to Consumer Relations Dept, filed a grievance. I could hear the lady I talked to typing my reasons for abstaining from purchasing their products into a computer.

When you contact them make it clear that a large percentage of his supporters are internet/computer users and could make a huge dent in their sales.

NOBODY should be buying from Best Buy anyway.
They are crooked people, and don't really have competitive pricing.
Once CompUSA has completed it's shutdown, best buy will do the same thing Home Depot did once they eliminated the smaller competition...raise the price back up!

Buy locally, or via the internet.
