Berg v Obama case is still alive -- in the 3rd Circuit Court -- it was only the writ that was considered by the Supreme Court. what we might hope for is a clear hearing of the issues even though Obama wouldn't give up the office.

ok. sa - due to the court process, which does not have a deterministic time process, we can't tell exactly when. but Berg v Obama is still in the pipeline. and even if Obama is exposed as a fraud, we know he won't give the office up while having the backing of the armed forces and the media and the Democrat party, unless he does turn out to have a decent bone in his body and gives it up willingly

we're still waiting
