Be careful! RPF Scammer revealed!

I'd like to understand why anyone thought it'd be a good idea to contribute money to some random guy's ChipIn in the first place. I mean, c'mon now. We all like to bash the Superbrochure Project but when some douchebag with a post count of like 5 comes around and posts a few pictures of a print Endorse Liberty PAC ad and a billboard we throw $500 at him?
I know, it baffles me too. I think it is because another forum member (hopefully mistakenly...) vouched for him on the billboard thing.

Don't think the FBI will do anything unless he got over 5k from it, then it is a big issue.

I will vouch only for a couple people personally, RonPaulHawaii (whom I know personally, along with many others here), Gage (photographer!), and some I met at the 2007/2008 campaign work in NH. People should not just take random vouchings as the only way, people can setup multiple accounts.

Well, maybe the billboard person is pro superbrochure.

Even worse ;).

My main point was that the consensus around here is that the Superbrochure is a waste of money -- but at least we know it's legitimate. How some of our members could be so anti-superbrochure and refuse to give money to that cause, but then open their wallets for some random guy with a ChipIn account is beyond me.

Is it possible we rally Ron Paul forums users together and email blast the site that took donations/paypal about the event and see some money back? I think a few thousand of us would blast this wide open.

btw, neverseen is not a scammer. just naive. I'm in his tampa bay meetup group. I think he just got excited that someone was trying to do something like this in FL.

Edit: looks like that's already been suggested
