Barack supporters are proof that our generation still has TONS of sheep

I'll tell you what... if Ron Paul doesn't make it as the GOP nomination, I'm voting for Obama.

I won't vote for McCain or Romney and I sure as hell ain't voting for Hillary.

This makes absolutely NO sense. Either vote CP, LP, or Ron Paul. How can you support Ron and then vote for OBAMA? Utter nonsense.

He is a much better choice than Hitlery. He actually opposes socialized medicine and says leave Iraq today. When it comes to general election I would take him over any republican except Ron Paul.

no he does not say leave iraq today but stay 16 months minimum. check his site

Don't forget his anti-gun stance. He'd have us all disarmed- though I think that would start a violent revolution.

even Ron Paul says he and Obama share pretty much the same base. and Obama did oppose the war at the very onstart, which at least shows he had some foresight like Ron Paul.

It would indeed be UTTER NONSENSE if one votes for Hillary or McCain!

Obama voted with Hillary 257 out of 267 times, but they're somehow drastically different from each other. Mr. Constitutional Scholar voted for the Patriot Act and it's spun as him working with the system or some such nonsense. He's been named in the "Top 10 Most Corrupt Politicians" for some shady deals, but he's supposedly the 'agent of change'. The Natn'l Tax Payers Union shows that in terms of spending proposals, he's tens of billions more expensive than even Hillary. He believes it is the responsibility of the United States to promote democracy around the world and he will not hesitate to use force to achieve it. I guess what I'm saying is that while Obama might be a charming gentleman, the more one looks into his record and his ideas, the less enthusiastic one gets.

Now, I like Obama personally and I have several things in common with him. He has a lot more experience interacting with different cultures and peoples from around the world than the average American citizen. He lives in an environment where he is constantly challenged to find his place in the world. He's intelligent, thinks things through, and seems open to communication. Having said all that, I do not want him to be my President. I want someone with a clear grasp of the economy. I want someone with a deep understanding of our country's foreign policy. I want someone with the experience and the intelligence to foresee the consequences of our actions. I want someone who is principled and has a record I can be proud of. Which is why I'm voting for Ron Paul.

Obama and Ron Paul do not share the same base. Obama's base is for socialism and Ron's base is for Constitutionalism. They couldn't be more different. Just because they may share a similar opinion on issues of the day doesn't mean that a vote for one is a vote for the other. Their justification for their positions are COMPLETELY different.

Ron's anti-war people and the lefts anti-war people could not be more different.

The funny thing about obama bashing hillary and hillary bashing obama is that they're both right.

Well, it's two fold. 1) We got a lot of sheep out there but 2) Americans desperately want to believe that they've finally found a candidate who truly represents change and is not part of the establishment elite...and most importantly, can actually win.

They're going find out soon enough that Obama is yet another shill in a long line of political pawns who just happens to be the slightly lesser of two evils. I've been saying this for months but some still don't realize how tied into the American Israel Public Affairs Committee Obama is. Right behind Hillary, he's there go to guy on the democratic side and they've been pumping in funds to his campaign from day one."
How Barack Obama learned to story worrying and love AIPAC."

"But Obama has already started to garner pro-Israel financial support. A review of donations to his campaigns for federal office since 2000 by the Center for Responsive Politics showed Obama had received more than $110,000 from pro-Israel sources through last June. Prominent among his backers are the Chicago-based Pritzker family, which owns the Hyatt chain of hotels. Lee Rosenberg, AIPAC's treasurer, is also a backer, and a member of Obama's finance committee."

But let's see, just for fun Obama =

Candidate who consistently voted to fund the war in Iraq

Candidate who will not commit to ending the Iraq war by 2013

Candidate who will not take nuclear options w/Iran off the table

"And while we should take no option, including military action, off the table, sustained and aggressive diplomacy combined with tough sanctions should be our primary
means to prevent Iran from building nuclear weapons
." - about 25 paragraphs down

Candidate who will grant eventual amnesty to 38 million illegal immigrants

(and yes, all 3rd party, independent studies are showing the number much much higher than the official 11-20 million figure the gov't keeps throwing at us)

Just to name a few...

Would he make a better president than Bush? Of course, but who the hell wouldn't. Better than Clinton? That's the real question because in the end, Barack is supposed to be this sort of agent of change and yet according to a new article put out by Salon, he and Hillary have voted the same 257 out of 267 times (http://reddit.com/r/politics/info/679qo/comments/).

The truth is Americans are being taken for a ride like never before and there's little they can do about it besides vote for Ron Paul. He's not perfect but he was and still is the biggest threat to the status quo followed by a very distant Romney (whom much of the political establishment/media also despises). But instead, after telling exit polls in both New Hampshire and Florida that illegal immigration & the economy are their two biggest concerns right now, the sheep overwhelmingly throw their support behind the biggest pro-war, pro-amnesty, economically retarded lunatic of them all, Mccain.

In my opinion they deserve what's coming.

Neither. I'm getting a ton of commercials in my area about him promising universal health care:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Political_positions_of_Barack_Obama#Health_care

He also talked about a gradual reduction in troops but also talked about taking action against Pakistan and Iran (at least last year). When he talks about getting the troops out, he specifically says "combat troops" -- which could mean the noncombat (nation building) may remain:

Everytime I see Obama I see Clinton 1992 with his talk of "change" and other people calling him a "Washington Outsider" much they did Clinton and Bush in 2000.
