That's the spirit!
But this ruins the Bellamy Bros song

Actually, now that I think about it, they weren't too keen on their own generation in that song lol.

We can be trans-generational together.
I always suspected you were a tranny.
I don't want to hear about your fantasies.
Don't get so defensive, I am not saying there is anything wrong with the path you have chosen, maybe HB can help you cope.
I'll take my 60s music any day over the crap that passes for "music" today.
Roadhouse blues, that works well also.

ahhhh no...I have this recurring vision of a bunch 80-90 years old Boomers sitting around the rest homes, wearing blue jeans and T-shirts and listening to 50's and 60's rock and roll.![]()

ahhhh no...
I believe you are totally wrong. The "Boomers" were born post world war 2 (1946 - 1964). The math (even the new math), puts the oldest boomer at around 69.
Today's 69 is yesterdays 59...The generation you are thinking of is from the "Silent Generation" (mid 1920s to the early 1940s). The music they listened to was the Big Popper and band era.
The real trouble came through the loins of the radical boomers, and that scourge is known as the Millennials....it is that generation that is turning the World to shit.
And, I'm a 1950 boomer. That makes us bros.I'm a 1946 Boomer.
PS Not all boomers, myself included, were responsible for producing the despicable branch of Millennials that I referenced either....And, I'm a 1950 boomer. That makes us bros.![]()
