I do not understand your delimma dogg. You want to share a tent with a female because you do not want to carry a tent onboard a plane? most one person tents can be bought and stored easily so why would it be an issue. I work in retail and a tent for one person is really pretty darn cheap so if you are willing to give people money then it is not a financial issue. So if it isn't an inconvieniance issue and it is not a financial issue then what is the issue?

Since I am not seeing anything you could not do easily to bring a tent then it must be some weird issue, if I were a female there would be no way in hell I would go for this.
