Rudy is paying lots of people in this state. He has paid "county coordinators" in most of the major counties, and they are often guaranteed delegate slots because they're on the executive committees.

My understanding is that the West Virginia folks will be doing that once the period to register (November 30th) is over. Then it'll likely be an all-out DVD mailing blitz. I think that it would be good of Dr. Paul to telephone each of the uncommitted delegates as well.

Yes, we will be doing some kind of mailer, more than likely a DVD along with the storyboard mailer from the campaign site. I've got prices on everything, and the DVD's have already been ordered, just have to confirm a few more things to see how much money we'll have to put towards it.
