Atlanta Security Guard At it Again!

I believe in private property rights. If he wishes someone to leave his property then they should.

He is the half owner of the place, that's why.
Huh I didn't know that. Are you sure? He didn't mention that in his interview.

He still has some problems. A lot of the people are just told to leave when they had nothing to do with the particular person he is harrassing at the moment. I really don't know what his problem is.

Yea, apparently he owns half the mall or something, I dunno.

Where did you read that at? I can't remember the guy's name off hand but I watched an Atlanta local news station interview with him and he didn't mention that. You should see him though. I'll try to find a picture.

Someone in the comments on the live leak mentioned how he is part owner.

He's ready for combat, that's for sure.

The problem I may have with this guy in this vid is that he seems to be pushing innocent people.

He's not, at least as far as I'm aware. I'll try to find the interview where he mentions the company he is contracted from. He has got a uniform on in the picture I posted.

Some of his videos are a lot worse. He literally tries to fight anyone in sight in a few of them. When someone takes him up on his offer he pulls out two batons, his taser, or gun and threatens to shoot them. I really don't know what his problem is.

I can tell ya what his problem is, he's mental... that and he thinks that he's an actual police officer.

Well, that is always a game changer. At that point it becomes assault and the individual being assault has the right to negate the threat. And, as has been ponited out, if he is not the owner then it looks like the owner ( and the security company ) is in for a serious law suit one of these days.
