At what point do we throw "legal" out the window?

What are some things that you might be willing to do that are considered illegal to get Dr. Paul elected?

Examples:

Parachute into a sporting event with a Ron Paul chute
Streak at a sporting event
Bring a megaphone to a symphony
Bumper Sticker Police cars
Bumper Sticker Taxis
Climb up a fire escape and hang banners on a large building
Hack a website
Put Ron Paul signs in front of public officials homes

I'd rather people not know who Ron Paul is than hate him because his supporters caused them greif...

Ron Paul himself has stated himself that civil disobedience is not the correct way to get us back on track. He said it in regard to the couple that refused to pay their taxes because of the IRS. We need to set examples.

I agree with what others said. I think we should conduct ourselves with the same principle and integrity of the man we are trying to get people to learn about.

I think the "Paint the town Ron" efforts we've seen are mostly illegal, so it's just a matter of degree.

Most of the things you listed are just likely to piss people off though, except maybe hanging a giant banner on a building.

LOL... some guys behind me were discussing streaking past the podium while we were in the Hilton Coliseum waiting for the Straw Poll results to come in ;) I told him they would have to have signs over their.. uh... parts... lots of kids in the Brownback camp, ya know.

Didn't happen though. We all just lost our voices instead.

Work with Dignity.

I was at Ames and was working the FAIR tax people as they entered the arena. If you just approach people with respect and dignity, you'll at least have made an impression.

I don't know how many Brownback/Romney/Tancredo supporters I tried to give my info to, but I was always genuinely curteous and pleasant.

People pick up on that. They may walk away not wanting to support Ron, but at least they'll have to have a grudging respect for our manners.

ONE PERSON AT A TIME. That is how we'll win this. There is time believe it or not. I have been on this train since the very very begining.

Just remember a scant 4 months ago, not 1 in 2000 people had ever heard the name Ron Paul. It's now down to maybe 1 in 10. By November our goal should be 1 in 1(or as close as possible).

But I don't want people knowing him because we defaced a police car, or ruined 1,000's of peoples good times at a sporting event because some A Hole wanted to force his message on them. That is the antithisis of what Ron Paul stands for.

I hate to say it, but those tactics are the sign of lazyness. You'll have to get out and approach people 1 at a time and convince them. That is the only way things will change.

We are in danger of becoming a characture of ourselves if we continue with the "WHO IS RON PAUL" mentality. THEY KNOW WHO HE IS NOW, now we have to convince them that he is the best peson for the job.

You do that ONE MIND AT A TIME>

Robert

Hanging banners I have no problem with.. they can be easily taken down and noone gets too mad about it.

but putting stickers on a police/taxi car is just vandalism..

and streaking is a terrible idea no matter what the cause..

like in business a pissed off customer is a lot worse than no customer. A pissed off voter will actively tell a hundred people to not vote for Ron Paul.

hello.......

some of these things would get some attention that would for sure galvanize Laura Ingrams prophetic powers and helf galvanize Paul as the "wacko" that the media would like him to be....remember that the republicans have to support someone and don't want to support a pack of "liberals" (another tool used against Paul though he is more conservative than the others).

General election do all you want....primary means getting actual primary voters.

Yeah, I think so.

I think the best thing to do is keep spreading the Paul signs, shirts, bumper stickers, etc. When people see these things they become curious who he is.

I have issues even getting my family to listen to what I have to say about Dr. Paul.

The 1 at a time thing isn't working, at least for me anyway.

I would J walk for Ron Paul.

*waits for the FBI to bust down my door*

No, Ron Paul said that *violence* is not the correct way to get us back on track. I believe that Ron Paul has neither called for, nor has he condemned, civil disobedience, but has defended the concept of civil disobedience for those who are willing to take pesronal responsibility for their actions and risk going to prison.

Personally, I don't know the what is legal and illegal regarding where signs can be placed or stickers can be stuck or posters can be stapled in public areas or on telephone poles and whatnot.

I wouldn't want to break laws, but at the same time, the word needs to get out in public spaces.

I'd say all of the above except #1 (and maybe #2 depending on how often you work out) would LOSE Dr. Paul votes. That said, bumper stickering police cars might be worth a few lost votes. :D
