Sheesh. Anyone remember the first episode of Start Trek TNG, with Q bringing forth the soldiers fueled by drugs? They had that sniffer dangling from their armor.

The military suicide rate doubled in July. That's one of our troops, almost every day.
To come up with an answer, the Army recently gave 3 million dollars to a university of Indiana research center, and those researchers came back with this: Anti-Suicide Nasal Spray.

Eventually this will be coming to the civilian market. It will probably be the next big thing with teenagers.

Thyrotropin-releasing hormone (TRH), also called thyrotropin-releasing factor (TRF), thyroliberin or protirelin, is a tropic, tripeptidal hormone that stimulates the release of TSH (thyroid-stimulating hormone) and prolactin from the anterior pituitary. TRH has been used clinically for the treatment of spinocerebellar degeneration and disturbance of consciousness in humans.

Two thoughts right off.
First, Would it not be advisable to focus on the cause of the problem rather than treating the symptoms (results)?

And second, What happens when the addict comes down?

oh and third,, there are some sick bastards running things.

Much more profitable to treat it as a disease, epidemic even, to be treated, rather than a problem to be addressed. There are unfortunately far too many examples of this....

Literally and figuratively.

So true about what she said. But that facts are, they know and further explaining this is just a waste of time. As the overlords want us to just sit and ponder all of this. I mean someone for the FBI is probably watching this thread just laughing at all these truthful comments yet he or she and there masters know nothing will change without a fight or for some miraculous reason we establish enough liberty candidates thus turning the tables.

The drug: Neurochemical Thyrotropin-releasing hormone (TRH). TRH has a euphoric, calming, antidepressant effect. I can see this being abused to the umpth degree. "How about a game of Solitaire?"

I wonder what the side effects are?

I'm all for new drugs............

Drugs approved by the military scare the shit out of me!

Man has dabbled in feel-good chemistry since the first grape rotted but combining feel-good chemistry with warfare really doesn't seem like a good idea...

I'm glad that this has come to light as info like this should give pause to anyone that is considering a career
in the military. If your superiors have to drug you to keep you from committing suicide, this may not be the
job for you!

Please tell me the effects of the spray are temporary?

lets see,, Euphoria+Stimulant
Can you say habit forming ?(if not addictive)

And without those pesky attacks of conscience.

Sorry,, but I see this shit as nothing but bad.
