I don't know HB34 but ideologues are dogmatic and I, too, refuse to be confined in that way.

I think one should be able to make sure they know why they believe as they do or their ideas are ultimately not very well grounded. Not everyone can do that. Heck I can't even do that.... but that is what one should strive for.

It's fine if you don't hold to a particular ideology....but if you can't explain foundationally why theft, murder, socialism...etc is wrong logically and with a premise, then your ideas and reasoning are weakened.

It certainly helps to be able to articulate why one thinks what they do, especially if one wants to persuade others to their way of thinking. However, I don't agree that one needs to show their work for a conclusion to be valid. I know that's intellectually weak but we are more than intellect. There are some things I KNOW, in my gut, but haven't bothered to really determine why. An example: I hate institutions. If someone were to ask me why, I would have to think long and hard to provide an answer because it's visceral for me. If I were out to convince someone else that institutions are evil incarnate, I would have to take it to the intellectual level and provide reasons.

I do want Trump to defeat Cruz and Rubio. He will beat them and that makes me happy. I don't know if that makes me a Trump supporter. I sure as hell am not wearing one of his hats. Does me enjoying the show make me a Trump supporter?

I believe it does, yes.

Welcome to the team!

There is nothing anyone could say or do to get me to vote for Trump.

Well maybe a 7 figure bribe.

Trump is a Hillary plant.

I cant stand the guy, but I'm considering him in order to hasten the collapse of the republican party. If I'm convinced he can wipe out the party and usher in a change, or a gap for the libertarian party, then I just may vote for him. How's that for holding your nose at the polls?

This is pretty much where I am at. I don't watch his shows and don't care for him. I do appreciate him kicking Lindsey Graham and Jeb Bush in the balls.

He already has caused so much destruction in the GOP that he deserves a pat on the back.

Hopefully we can make the GOP better after this or make headway for the Libertarian Party to be viable.

There will definitely be change, but not the kind of change you and others think. In 2020 they will be begging people like Mitt and Jeb to run again.

If Trump get's elected and proves me wrong and actually makes ANY strides toward shrinking government and advancing freedom I will buy every yea voter in this thread the equivalent of a case of good beer. Beverage of their choosing.

Thanks! I live near beer city so I have a finely developed palate.

That's how I feel...he's starting a brush fire that hopefully will fully consume the Republican Party.

I'm serious - I'm looking for the republican party to implode. Do you think Trump can do that?

What are you expecting from a President Trump - Hitler, Stalin?
