Actually, i'm glad you said something, we may have broke the widget trying to fix it.
Before, it would spit out some error message after donations, we fixed the error message, but i wonder if that broke something else...

If you see DrKnows lurking on the board, tell him i'm looking for him for his help in making sure the widget is working properly, it was working as of the 8th.

trying to make everything perfect so we have a great celebration come March 2nd and 3rd, we can watch the widget explode with donations!

I'm waiting for one last addition to the money bomb site before i go into 100% promo mode. the email/pledge script, which hopefully if DrKnows is online tonight, we will get it done.
But yes, we will be getting the word out to all the LA Meet-ups.. and all the meet-ups in general...
With the way the gentlemen were talking this evening.. $300,000 raised online may end up being $500,000 total with local donors joining in...

The biggest question on the minds of the power brokers in the area is... am I viable.
I say to them, if I raise $300,000 would that make me viable... they said yes.
So money will beget money. I have people watching to see.... can this happen.

How does it work for districts? Is there one Republican candidate and one Democrat candidate, with various independants/people from smaller parties running as well?
My honest opinion - if you are able to become the sole Republican candidate for your district, then you are taking the same approach Ron Paul is. But if you are running as an independant against already nominated Republican and Democrat candidates, you are an extreme longshot and you ought to first win the nomination of either party to be taken seriously. Otherwise you are wasting other people's precious time and diverting their limited funds.
I'm all for the Revolution and taking the country back district by district and state by state. But just as Ron Paul chooses to work from within the party (because that is the only realistic way of achieving anything), so should you. Otherwise you are just a diversion. But if you get the nod from the party to be the official candidate, then you have accomplished something, you have proven that you can be recognized favorably by your peers and you are much more worthy of support from others.
That's what I think.

I'm running as a republican and i've been on phone calls all day with prominent republicans in my area who want alexander out.
They are just waiting for me to prove my viability before committing to endorsing me.
That is where all of you come in... help me raise the funds to prove viability and I'm in... the rest of the money will flow from the local power brokers.

I've put myself up as one of those 50 Ron Paul Republicans who will be seeking a congressional seat... and I have the experience and know-how to do it.
