An Information Stock Market!

Hey everyone I wanted to let you all know that our company is in pre-launch right now. PyraBang will place a monetary value on information and trade it like stock! So information like OURS would be pretty valuable! People who formerly didn't want to have anything to do with us would join just for the possibility of income, and then maybe come around to our way of thinking once they have absorbed enough of our "high value" information! Here is the text from the first paragraph of our description which was just edited today:

Our mission at PyraBang is to promote the spread of independent media by developing an online social network with it's own micro-economy. Our members place value on information and exchange it with other members in the community. When real people filter information instead of algorithms, higher quality information "rises to the top." By allowing individuals like you to profit from information, we create a whole new wave of online reporters and investigative journalists!

That's nice, thank you but I am not going to participate because I don't see the idea picking up any steam or help out our movement. It is not geared toward solely RP's message, people can also promote socialism through that. Basically it's anyone's game.

What we are looking to do is create a "free market" of information to subvert the MSM. The only real way to do this is to add actual monetary value to the information to get people to RESEARCH that information, as if they were investing in a stock on the stock market. Then they decide if the information is valuable, and if they want to invest their own hard earned dollars in it.

every single one of them is advertising one business venture or another.

So what you would rather do is keep us all in our little box? This attitude is exactly what is holding a lot of people in this movement back. I firmly believe that if you stack OUR ideas next to the ideas of the NEO-CONS and give them both EQUAL TIME on a level playing field. We will win HANDS DOWN every time!

The fact that you require being solely geared to Ron Paul's message tells me that you are afraid that other ideas would win out over ours on this level playing field. If you feel that way maybe you don't believe in that message as strongly as you think you do.

Not very good at doing research are you? Our compensation plan is gives back over 90% to the members, and then gives another 5+% back in the form of a "bang allowance" that they can use to rate information. The other 5% goes towards the massive amounts of overhead that we will have handling abuse departments, customer service, etc.

On all my former posts... never once have i asked anyone for a dime for anything. You sound like a professional debunker of effective methods like the one I'm proposing.

By the way... I've given out over $1000 to Ron Paul and miscellaneous organizations in this movement so please don't throw your campaign contributions in my face. Is anyone trying to figure out where all this money we're going to need is going to COME FROM? We just continue to work for our slave masters???

Are you saying that the Ron Paul movement is a "customer base" ? I'm insulted by that. We are (the hardcore leftovers) 2% of the population you need to wake up and realize that. Sure there's another 10% that on a good day will vote for Ron Paul, but those are strictly fair weather fans. The majority of this country probably think "Yeah he's great but he doesn't have a chance so I'm voting for...."

Common it's realistic thinking that is going to win this battle we are fighting. Innovative thought, not this slow delibertate (and predictable) pace that we are moving at now.

If ron paul had equal time in the media YOU KNOW he would already be the "presumptive" nominee.... common look past the people that have hurt you in your past, don't spit on something before you've fully investigated it. This is going to be huge for our movement and the next time around we will be able to take on the neo-cons mono a mono and not david vs goliath (goliath meaning 24-7 coverage by the main stream media)

Don't shoot me, that was solely my opinion and my plan of action. Others can do whatever the hell they want to with that web site. I am not telling anyone else to believe what I just said-- it's me, in my own little box. I like it that way.

Thanks, it's nice to see someone take a look a the big picture before shooting it down. Folks with this kind of attitude towards new ideas how are we ever going to succeed? We need to, each of us, do our do-diligence and get to the bottom of things. We don't want to throw the baby out with the bath water.

Anyone who knows me knows that every waking minute I'm thinking of how I'm going to leave a free country to my children.
