He's a murdering scumbag. And making that statement in no way detracts from the genuine emotion real human beings are feeling about this horrific event.

To be more succinct, I don't give a DAMN what he may or may not feel in regards to this tragedy. He has sanctioned the killing of HUNDREDS of innocent children who had their whole lives ahead of them.

Would anyone give a damn about the real or contrived emotions displayed by a private sector mass murderer? Of course not; dress one up in a nice suit, stick his mug in front of a camera and call him "president", however, and we're supposed to imagine or care that he has a shred of human decency about him?

I mourn for these children, and for their families. That mourning is honest, because I actually respect human life. I cherish it and consider it a tragedy when it is lost and do nothing to endanger it.

Seems like there is an all out effort to maintain constant bad energy, doesn't it? Perhaps there is. I agree with you. I don't agree with much of what you scribble here. This one just feels different, doesn't it? My circle of friends and family is reacting with a greater sadness and a sense that something has to change. My hope is that this moves the needle in the right direction morally, and that the consequence is not an assault on liberty.

This country has absolutely lost it's way--spiritually. Thousands upon thousands of innocent people die at the hands of psychopaths who try instill democracy across the globe.

One fact, among all of the unproven hypotheses, is that copy-cat crimes happen. Combine that with mentally-ill people with delusions of grandeur and a wish for attention, and the media bears a great deal of the responsibility for repeats of these tragedies. They create trends, and they bestow the infamy.

"I heard three shots and turned and looked at Casey and said, 'are you serious?,'" he said.
