AMERICANS ELECT!

There she is right in the middle, halfway down the page, under Leadership. Lynn Forester de Rothschild. I'm sure she would be thrilled to get behind Ron Paul for president.

People on this site are pretty funny. Do you know how many "Rothschilds" there are now? Is everyone with that name part of some great conspiracy? And if it's some huge conspiracy, why would this woman be listed on the leadership and be on TV promoting the site, which she has. Conspiracy is a rathole. Once you start down it, everything looks like a conspiracy.

I see some problems with this idea. In fact, they do seem to want some nebulous leftish or centrist candidate. I think the Democratic Party is already on this task. So, it doesn't seem all that promising. But conspiracy? Looks fairly up front to me. Everyone seems to know the finances behind it and what they're looking for. The only truly sketchy move they've made is that the seem to have gamed their tax status. But that will be sorted out by the fine folks at the IRS.

Hint: They live in London, England. It is an American election. Those are the facts.

Not a conspiracy theory. Lady de Rothschild is funding AE. It's out in the open.

I really don't think this Americans Elect is going to get enough momentum to do anything, but we should take it over just in case. I signed up, even went through the somewhat ridiculous privacy invasion process. The best case scenario is that the MSM brings attention to AE, and people go to the website to see Ron Paul leading, and accidentally get educated on liberty.

This will also give us more leverage against the GOP. They already are pissing themselves that Ron might 3rd party and/or we won't rally behind Romney/Santorum. This will just scare them even more.

If the Republicans want to win, they should nominate Ron Paul.

If AE want's to be relevant, they should nominate Ron Paul.

If the Libertarian party wants to make a good showing this year, they should nominate Ron Paul. (Gary Johnson rocks by the way, but this isn't his year).

Basically...

If anybody wants to be meaningful and/or get Obie out of the white house, they need Ron Paul.

Maybe they just update it by the hour. We gained 8 supporters and 4 trackers last hour. At this rate we can be up to 2500 supporters by the end of the day.

BlackBox Voting had a recent story on how AE is on 15 state ballots, nearly on 10 more.

They are a superpac acting as a political party. I personally don't like the superPac idea, the thought that they can spend unlimited funds and then have their own candidate in the pocket doesn't sit well with me. However AE is as close to Perot's armchair democracy I've seen so far. With the Republican party having shown time and time again that even a "grand old party" can't count votes in multiple states I'm having trouble figuring out which is worse - corporatism outright having a nominee, or fraud doing it.

All things considered I did sign up, we might as well try to get our guy as the AE nominee.

This Americans elect is a great opportunity to raze the GOP. The mess that the Republican party has become needs to be torn down and rebuilt. The neocons ran the party into the ground from 2000-2006 and showed that they are a 100% failure. The GOP will win again when they stop being progressive.

You're pretty funny too. Americans Elect is run by CFR members. Take a look at who runs American Elect. Take a look at what the CFR supports. Draw your own conclusions.

Somebody on here brought up an interesting fact from the AE site.

Even though Ron Paul is leading in the AE "primary".. the board of directors has the final say in who gets put on the ballot for AE.

Its most likely insurance against us taking over the GOP IMO

Definitely leery about that site.. I keep wondering what the establishment will do to shake things up if RP picks up too much steam (which is already happening).

even if it is, it doesn't mean we can't hack it.
Fixed.

Surprisingly, online elections are more reliable than offline elections, because hacktivists will be staring down its throat!

I support this. I mean, I know it will be full of voter fraud, but that's what's so wonderful about this! It will have voter fraud! W can catch them red handed!

You conspiracy nuts drive me nuts.

According to you people we shouldn't even try, right?

It's a win/win situation for us. If Ron Paul is the Republican nominee then we don't need American's Elect. If Ron Paul isn't the Republican Nominee then Ron could still be on the general election ballot running as a Republican with a Democrat (Kucinich?) VP. Oh, how terrible!!

So. Lets just convert the CFR and the Rothschilds. Maybe we should have started with this plan?

If your family made trillions of dollars from theft using a printing press, it shouldn't be too hard to convince you to get behind the guy who wants to shut off the printing press. Let's send them some superbrochures.

Are you really so naive as to believe that a cabal of elites have spent millions to create an alternate ballot line just to hand it over to one of their most hated adversaries?

Are you so far gone in conspiracy land that you think voting for Ron Paul on their site will somehow help the globalist NWO lizardpeople win? Just vote on the site and let's see what happens, and we can all claim conspiracy theory after the dust settles.

I wouldn't be at all surprised to see that this Americans Elect platform is nothing more than a crutch the establishment can lean on to make sure a candidate who does not receive their blessing stays out of the White House. I say that not necessarily because of the money backing it - I say it because of the media members pimping it. They're all Government Needs to Do Something -style journalists. If a candidate comes along and has a shot at winning who says "nah, actually Government Needs to Do A Lot Less" the people with the pens and keyboards will hack a way on Americans Elect behalf and make sure the Do Nothing candidate fails.
