The county passed an “open space community” zoning ordinance after the Oviedo family bought their house. Faster than you can say ex post facto, it became an offense – punishable – for any homeowner to have more than two cars parked outside.

More government regulating property rights away unbeknownst to the owners. They (and every resident) should fight it and demand a change to the rule or just compensation for their loss of the right to use and occupy their own property as well as the diminished value of their property resulting from converting their homes with a 4+ car driveways to a properties with a 2 vehicle parking maximum.

Here, I found where you state you agree, and it is conditional, AND, you were not accountable to addressing the reasoning that defines when the use of frees speech attains its ultimate purpose.

As to Question the First: Yes

As to Question the Second: Yes, with a condition. It is not the ultimate or only purpose of free speech.

Alter or abolish is definitely not the only purpose, that I've always said.

However, if a government is getting ready to strart destroying unalienable rights, the killing off of the people fits into that. About the time the unity created starts protecting the peoples lives, what served the purpose of creating the unity is fairly well ultimate.

This pretty fits into the "root purpose" which is biologically social. The PURPOSE in that case is to assure information vital to survival is shared and understood.

The ultimate purpose of a firearm is the same, but you can still shoot cans with it.

So how about some accountability, or are you going to continue to act like a covert, manipulating agent as you are defined by observation of your own behaviors here.

There is only 1 founding document that affirms this(the DoI), and it has been ignored since before the Constitution was ratified. Ever heard of the Whiskey Reblellion? Shays' Rebellion? No, but there was a thread about a county parking ordinance preventing people for parking I their own property. I tried to find it but the search function on this site doesn't work well.

Google works better for searching this site, ironically.

I read the story. A different issue more dealing with an extreme shortage of parking on public street than trying to control peoples uses of their own property like agenda 21 does.
