Alex Jones "Moneybomb".

good lord! It is incumbent for you to research the information yourself!

Alex e. Jones is a messenger in the same fashion paul revere was! Quit psychoanalyzing more into it--because you are starting to sound like a conspiracy theorists!

qft

what about bandwidth costs? he says this is one of his biggest costs which is why they use youtube etc (who have closed down their accounts!)

interesting that he's having a 'moneybomb', where did he get that idea! ;)

In response to Alex’s desire to massively expand the infowar on all levels — in particular, his desire to expand the reach of his highly effective video operation — we are announcing the Infowars Moneybomb. The Infowars Moneybomb is fixed to a period of time — it will run until June 11, 2009, with a goal of $250,000.

Alex will use this money to build a studio, a sound stage, purchase cameras and equipment, computers, expand office space and hire additional staff. Alex hopes to launch a new television show on the Dish Network, thus reaching thousands, possibly millions of additional people and warn them of the nefarious plans of the global elite and the New World Order.

Let’s do this! Get the word out, blog, forum, chat, email; let everyone know about this Moneybomb.

That's pretty funny, he said the same thing about the Dish network, expanding office, building a studio, computers, and hiring additional staff during the last moneybomb.

All of that happened, except the TV show, which is in the works. IMO, he needs 2 more hosts before he can do a cable channel or he will not have enough content to fill the time.

Although I don't agree with everything he says, I think he does good work.

As a capitalist I ask: who the hell gives a shit if he makes some money from it? If he's going to raise some money to expand, he deserves some chunk of the change for the enormous effort he puts in. As long as most of that money goes into upgrading the studios and stuff, who cares? I doubt he's taking the full amount and blowing it on drugs and hookers.

agreed.

my only point was that, Alex knows how to generate revenue from his efforts. There are other things that require donations, that don't have consistent revenue streams as alex does.

Alex allows people to openly make copies and give away his DVDs. He sells them and surely makes profits, but of course, he wouldn't be able to spread his message the way he is if he didn't make money. Hardware to run his shows and websites as professionally as he does is QUITE expensive. He is a hard working dude with good intentions. I wouldn't donate directly though with a moneybomb. Doesn't make sense. That money could help somebody get into Congress instead. I still support the guy, even if he does make emotionally exaggerated claims and goes off on nonsense rants. He deserves the money.

I bet giving away his movies and videos allows him to reel in more listeners.

AJ fan distributes movies = people who have never heard of AJ receive a DVD and start listening to the show.

Personally I'd like to see AJ pimp a money bomb for someone other than himself, like for Rand Paul.

Personally I think Alex wouldn't need a self-imposed moneybomb if he started charging for full versions of his movies. It would cost him a great deal more to prosecute people who "illegally" copied his movies & put them on torrent or something, so maybe the free model has worked best for him in the long run. Either way, it is his business, and he has the right to run it however he wants.

Personally, I was hoping he would have done more with prisonplanet.tv since the last moneybomb, but since he hasn't (aside from the annoying moving graphics behind him, and getting to download his movies 4 hours before they're available for free on the web), I really can't justify another year subscription.

I still maintain that Alex will have his own TV show on FoxNews one day, where he will not talk about 9/11.

PP.tv is totally redesigned, and MUCH nicer IMO. I subscribe becaue I don't listen in live unless I'm home at the time and like to call in. I download the shows and stream them to the xbox360 and watch AJ on the 56inch! Talk about madness! Thats worth 5 bucks a month to me, not to have to watch crappy comressed rips.

And a show on fox? Never! :P

some of you AJ haters are so clueless, it's not even funny anymore, just sad.

I agree. This country is going down in a blaze and instead of putting a stop to that--- people rather whine and complain about petty issues--petty jealousy and rivalry, literally trying to keep up with the Joneses.

YOUR COUNTRY IS ON FIRE, FOLKS!!!!!! Alex Jones didn't start the fire!!!!!!

Someone else called the Whitehouse and learned that they don't have a voice mail system on their comment line.

I'm very disappointed in Alex and this kind of low end chicanery. He doesn't need to stoop to this level.

Hah, wow.. that thread is PRICELESS!!

I love the attack on AJ about Bohemian Grove.. the guy says something like, "AJ claims he infiltrated, but he didn't infiltrate shit. The Cremation of Care ceremony is one of the "outer layers". The "inner layers" is where they perform the snuff films."

Great.. so AJ didn't get to the inner-layer of Bohemian Grove, but he snuck through the woods, took the shuttle up and witnessed a mock human sacrifice..ya.. no big deal

Oh, and how exactly does this discredit AJ? If they perform snuff films, then doesn't that make his movie more credible? Yes. Yes it does..
