Alex Jones describes Nelson Mandela as “a horrible person”, “communist mass-bomber”

He does take facts and re-present them in his own way. Not completely factual but not outright lies- that would be too obvious. According to him we all should have been locked up in FEMA camps years ago. He is entertaining though. His anti-establishment line is appealing to some.

Where the hell have you been?

We are.

320 million people in an open air/free range panopticon prison called AmeriKa.

You can even wander out, but if the warden wants you back, you will quickly find out that this prison is global.

It is, in fact, a Prison Planet.

AF just used the term panopticon.

My god. He gets better. Like an old wine.

I don't know if Obama or Pelosi should win the Troll Award this week. Overall though, I think Obama's the bigger flaming troll.

“The Western press promptly forgot all about South Africa after Nelson Mandela assumed the presidency. The commissars of allowable opinion pretend atrocities have not been taking place, and smear anyone who mentions them. Ilana Mercer will have none of the lies and omissions of the commissars and the cowards. For the sake of white and black South Africans alike, her compelling account deserves a wide and sympathetic audience.”
- THOMAS E. WOODS

“Egalitarianism leads to democracy; democracy leads to socialism; socialism leads to economic destruction; and democratic socialism in multicultural societies leads to death and democide. This, in shocking detail, is what Ilana Mercer illustrates superbly in her case study of post-apartheid South Africa. America’s political and intellectual ‘elites’ will ignore this book, because it is politically ‘incorrect.’ We can only do so at our own peril.”
- HANS-HERMANN HOPPE

“If you want to witness the end result of what in America is called ‘diversity,’ you must read Into the Cannibal’s Pot. ‘Diversity’ is a euphemism for racial retribution administered mostly by guilty white liberals in universities, corporations, and government. It is a thoroughly collectivist notion that condones punishing the current generation of white males for the sins of the past. It’s most extreme form is practiced in post-Apartheid South Africa, and its effects are meticulously documented by Ilana Mercer (who also writes marvelously): rampant black-on-white crime, racist labor laws that have created ‘The world’s most extreme affirmative action program’; the confiscation of private property; economic socialism; state-sponsored terrorism; and, most sickeningly, the idolization of the corrupt and murderous Zimbabwean dictator, Robert Mugabe. The Western media ignore all of this because of their ideological love affair with the communistic African National Congress and, frankly, their support for many of these same policies.”

Jones is 100% correct here.

According to the source he cites (as he says- "You can look these things up- they are on the internet!"), it is true that Mandela was a member of the Communist Party- but he was not an actual communist. He joined to seek support in his fight against white rule in South Africa.

Although Mr Mandela appears to have joined the SACP more for their political connections than their ideas, his membership could have damaged his standing in the West had it been disclosed while he was still fighting to dismantle apartheid.

"Nelson Mandela's reputation is based both on his ability to overcome personal animosities and to be magnanimous to all South Africans, white and black, and that is what impressed the world," said Prof Ellis, a former Amnesty International researcher who is based at the Free University of Amsterdam. "But what this shows is that like any politician, he was prepared to make opportunistic alliances.

Like those who fought to liberate this country from the British, Mandela did use violence in responce ot violence in seeking that freedom.

Mr Mandela joined the ANC in 1944, when its leadership still opposed armed struggle against the apartheid state. However, by the early 1950s he become personally convinced that a guerrilla war was inevitable, a view confirmed by the Sharpeville Massacre in March 1960, when police in a Transvaal township opened fire on black demonstrators, killing 69 people.

But when he became president of South Africa, he opposed violence and urged reconsiliation. The Minutemen in our own revolution could be called terrorists today.

Number 1 as in telling the truth, accurate, offensive, unapolegetic. He's an outright 9/11 truther. Must kill those "conservatives" in the media that he does so well and he's so passionate and energetic. Enjoy listening to him even if he does rant and interrupt guests you get more truth out of him and his guests than anywhere else all week.
Alex Jones is a character who has credibility and integrity issues with me. I used to listen to him regularly, so I am familiar with how he sensationalizes, exaggerates, and fear mongers. I've seen how he twists, distorts, and spins stories to fit his world view and way of seeing reality to fit the interests and warped agenda of him and his organization. To anyone who does like to listen to him, I strongly recommend putting the effort in corroborating any statement he makes about any story with a different, outside, and independent source; you might find that it's not actually how he made it seem.

Yawn. Most of the time he has documents and sources to back everything he says up. Feel free to fact check him. Of course being on air for 3 hours a day 6 days a week he;s probably said some stupid things or made some errors

is there anything specific you can point to?

His views on Mandela seem to be in line....who else takes that view of Mandela. Why else talk shit about him while he's on his death bed.

So what? I'm anti-Nelson Mandela too.

Nelson Mandela is a Communist, Terrorist, and a Liar

While much of the global political establishment and the major world media prepare to declare Nelson Mandela a saint, massive evidence continues to pile up showing Mandela and the African National Congress (ANC) are communists and terrorists.

Jones aligning himself with the scum of the scum now in the BNP... nice

Pre-Mandela South Africa was aligned with the US, Britain and Israel.
Post-Mandela South Africa was aligned with Iraq, Libya, China, Cuba and Venezuela.

Mandela was no preacher of non-violence. He's more like Malcolm X or Bose than Gandhi or MLK. This was a man that hated whites and believed in black supremacy. The groups he led were proven to be involved in terrorist activity.

The ANC was the South African equivalent of Hamas.

If he believed in black supremacy how come when he was in charge he didn't take out all the white people?

White people were singing as well.

What language is that?

"Bhulu" or "Ama Bhulu" means the "The Boers" in Xhosa, one of the official languages of South Africa.

Black South Africans used to and some still call "white South Africans" boer. It's a word derived from the Afrikaans word for farmer. They used this because mainly all farms historically belonged to "white South Africans". For that reason it is meant to be offensive as it indirectly means "somebody who is uncultured and lives off the land". Indeed someone who doesn't know anything about city life.

"Ama" is the Xhosa prefix that means "a lot of"
"bhulu" is the Xhosa word for "boer"

Definition of "boer": (NOUN: A Dutch colonist or descendant of a Dutch colonist in South Africa. ETYMOLOGY: Afrikaans, from Dutch, farmer, from Middle Dutch gheboer, peasant; see bheu- in Indo-European roots)
