في هذه المنطقة وإذا بالمقاتلين وينطلقون من زاوية اﻷسمر فحل الرجال إلي مصراتة ويحدث قتال لم يشهده أحد بين الخوارج من المنطقتين هذا يأجوج وهذا ماجوج قتال ﻻمثيل له تحصد فيه الرقاب وتفرم فيه والجثث فرم اللحم فﻻ يبقى فى تلك المنطقة وما جاورها من الخوارج من أحد وياسبحان رأيت اﻷحرار يصولون ويجولون داخل الفئتين المتقاتلتين من الخوارج فيسحقونهم سحقا وبهذا أنتهى أمر الخوارج وعادت البﻻد إلي أهلها وإطمأن العباد وهانحن نأمل من الشاهدين علي هذا من إخوتنا اﻷحرار أثناء هذه اﻷحداث أن يقوموا إلي اﻷقفال فيكسروها وإلي القبضان فيحطموها وهو أقل الواجب للرجال الذين فى القيود ليشاركوا في هذا النصر
والذي هو من عند الله والله لن يشفي غليلهم
إلا أمتشاقهم سﻻحهم وصوت الرصاص ويحصدوا ثمرة ثباتهم وعلى العهد وعندها فينظر ويلتفت الجميع
إلي الجنوب فهناك الشاهد وهناك يخاطبكم سلطان البرين وسلطان البحرين العرب والعجم المهدي القاضي بأمر الله عز وجل سيدي القائد فيخاطب اﻷمة
وﻻتري إلا اﻷفارقة والعرب والغرب أصبحوا صم بكم مذهولين من قضاء الله وقدره فيهرع الليبيون إليه
ويهرع إليهم فقد طال لقاء اﻷحبة فيسلموا ويباركوا ويبايعوا المجاهد سيف اﻷسﻻم سلطان لطرابلس ويتمسحوا قادة البلدان والعواصم بالقائد ويستشيرونه
في أمورهم فيشير عليهم بحكم الله وعدله ويكون مزار ورائد لهم ويعم العدل والخير والبر على الناس أجمعين تحت نهج رسول الله صل الله عليه وسلم والدولة الفاطمية والحمد لله رب العرش العظيم
