The quotes are only 5% of blacks have politcial sensibilities, and

Dallas Morning News - Paul admitted he wrote them and said he was not evoking stereotypes

Later, Paul says "they were never my words, but I had some moral responsibility for them.

Gupta goes on to say "Paul is blaming the media 10 years later for bringing it up"

They segue to the Borger interview.
