Churchill did that in Britain around 100 years ago when the British Empire ruled and was the biggest economic power in the world.
That post is about raising the minimum wage and passing out defunct Zimbabwean money. Churchill did neither of those things. What he did do a hundred years ago was cause deflation by using his power as Chancellor of the Exchequer to return Britain to the gold standard.
Are you implying in your nearly indecipherable way that this led to the fall of the British Empire? Because if so, I think it would be interesting to see Artificial Stupidity attempt to back that crap up.
Britain 100 years later isn't doing so good though.
