A Paul-ite in Hillary's Court

If it was me, I'd definately wear something with Ron Paul on it. I wouldn't heckle or be overtly disruptive, but I think a passive message for RP should be on display at every political event possible.

My two-cents worth.

I would ask Hillary something about her campaign (ie: something dirty she has done in her campaign thus far) instead of asking her something about her policies.

Asking her such a question will catch her off guard. If you ask her something about her policies, then she will just find a way to worm around the question, or flat out lie.

Watch the videos and ask her a corning question about'em.

If its a hillary event you will be carefully screened and you will only be called on to ask a question if your question has been pre screened.

so, be sure to tell the screener an easy polite question, then let the real one rip once you get on the mic.

Well, Im back.

Very disappointing. The speech was filled with only the vaguest of statements. "I want us to get out of Iraq!" instead of "I want to slowly pull our until the year 2013, and thats if I don't change my mind again!"
The whole thing was so emotionally based, talking about "helping children succeed" and "not letting the sick die because they can't pay their doctor", that sort of stuff. Very few specific points. In other words, very few chances to boo. Who wants to boo 'children' and 'sick people'? Very clever on her part.

The one time I did boo is when she asked when insurance companies got 'the right' to charge people for health care. Im sorry ma'am, but I didn't realize private companies were required to charge what you wanted. Let competition work its course, please.

We went down front after to try and get a picture with her, but a minder saw my shirt (shoulda kept it zipped! damnit!) and kept her away.

Next time...
