Hey guys,

Anyone hear of QubeTV? I was looking for alternative sites to upload my Rand Paul contest video and came upon it by accident. Apparently, there's a photos section and forums as well. It does appear to look a little like a neo-con site as I see some Rush and Malkin stuff, but maybe a good way to get our message out to them as well.

Take a look:

I think at one point there was a high resolution video site that people around here were using.

Thanks for those links Njon. I like that UdoNews site. It's excellent! But I'm not sure if my Rand Paul video would be appropriate for their site. The videos there appear to be actual news recorded by citizen journalists.

I know I could easily sign up for YouTube but I'm embarrassed to admit that the fact that it's owned by Google gives me the creeps. Awhile back I read that the CIA runs Google! Sigh... it's so hard NOT to be paranoid in this day and age. :(

CIA owns Google? what? since when?
oyvay.

I like google, they provide the best services for the best prices (aka, free).

We had a discussion in Civil Liberties couple of months ago when a video was banned by youtube and cat and mouse game had started between deletions and new postings. Don't know if this a conservative site but another member suggested this site and it still has not deleted that video and seems less prone to censorship than YT:

This thread reminded me of that debate.

I don't really like that term "conservative." Who wants to be associated with the opinions of most self-described conservative? What are we trying to conserve anyway?
