If there WAS fraud, you won't be able to tell with a recount. There is no paper trail for the voting machines. There is nothing to recount! What do you think you're recounting??

Only paper ballots are allowed in NH. The machines only read and count them. The ballots will be recounted by hand.

the paper ballots are fed into the machines, the paper ballots are currently sealed and will be counted properly in this effort I believe....

of course, they could just stuff the ballot boxes... ?

They could, but let's face it, if there is any hint of re-count fraud, that precinct is probably going to get a LOT of attention

So it's an incentive for them to be completely transparent.

We'll see....

California Debate Qualifications - Is Ron Paul Out?

The candidate must have finished in at least fourth place in a 2008 primary or caucus.

This will be measured by the percentage of votes received in primaries or the percentage of delegates awarded in caucuses.

Contests considered for the Republican debate will be the Iowa and Nevada caucuses, the Wyoming county conventions, and the New Hampshire, Michigan, South Carolina and Florida primaries.

If this recount changes his finish in NH it may let him qualify for the debate.
