4th Cir. Upholds DOGE Social Security Access Restrictions

IIRC, DOGE was finding people receiving Social Security that were over 120 years old. That's about the time when Norm Eisen and his friends in the judiciary started blocking access.

From a tech standpoint, accessing that data in combination with other sources can be used to clean-up the Social Security rolls. That, of course, is what the leftist deep state wants to avoid.

It's not always about "left" versus right, but it is always about liberty versus tyranny.

From the OP:

"
The record showed that DOGE’s unrestricted access to Social Security data “exceeded that allowed to all but the few most experienced and trusted SSA employees,” and demonstrated there’s “no need for such access

The American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees led a lawsuit filed in February against top officials within SSA and DOGE, alleging that by allowing DOGE representatives unrestricted access to Social Security information, the administration is disregarding privacy protections that Congress and the executive branch put in place to protect the data of millions of Americans. The groups asserted violations of the Privacy Act and the Administrative Procedure Act.

the evidence demonstrates DOGE’s work can be done “largely with anonymized and redacted data, along with discrete pieces of non-anonymized data in limited, appropriate circumstances
"

LOL. Unions that don't want their incompetence exposed.

Another big LOL. Tell that to any auditor. "Sorry, you can't look at everything. Redacted data is all you need. Here's a little summary information we can give you in 6 months."

Just about anything/everything can be crafted to suit one side or the other. The neocons are famous for that.

As for me, my data is already being sucked up by the U.S. government, I don't want it circulated in other countries for the purposes of "information sharing" ie: Foundry

We may as well stop the conversation here, I'm not bowing down to any Globalist Technocrat or it's PROMOTERS.

Good thing this was overturned.

Biggest drop in social security benefit handouts ever as DOGE killed all the payments to those ‘dead’ or extremely old people
