Wow. Obviously a tremendous amount of hard work went into the production. The graphics and effects are truly stunning.

That being said, as a political campaign commercial reaching the general public (as opposed to the young, video game-playing crowd), I think it has the potential for disaster written all over it. Bombs going off..... floods.....robotic, alien-looking Ron Paul screeching about a revolution....huge crowds marching in the street.....makes the message seem VERY CREEPY. If this were someone's first exposure to Ron Paul, I think they would be shock-effect value would be in scaring people away from his candidacy. It is much too radical.

I thought it was a good message and inspiring. Showing the bombs going off as he describes the going into Iran emphasizes the horror of war. I do think that a live-action Ron Paul should be masked into the video which would take it to a whole new level, but still it is an amazing video regardless.

I'm not too worried about the public. We need to stop treating people with kiddie gloves. The sooner people realize how the world REALLY is, the sooner they will wake up and start to change it. Believe me, the video could be MUCH more gloom and doom if we really wanted to go down that road.

Wow, great job! FWIW, I don't see anything creepy about it. I showed the video to my 9year old and she didn't think it was creepy either. That says a lot because she sees creepy in just about anything lol

The big question, however, is not what people on this forum think, but what the average voter who sees it will think.

The big challenge is to make sure that the people who will think it is awesome do see it, and that those who think it is creepy do not.

Creepy or not, I think TruthAtLast sums up my opinion as well. Let's face it: the majority of American voters think we have moved on, and that the rEVOLution is over (if the sheep even realised it began, in the first place). We need to throw SOMETHING out there to let them know we haven't given up. This might be that something, and when I get my tax return, I'm supporting it.

We finally finished our 3D commercial, featuring a computer generated Ron Paul. It's been a long road getting this completed, considering we started in late December. We know it's late in the game, but hopefully it can still do some good in spreading the message.

The model of Ron Paul isn't 100% perfect but it's close. His face was modeled off reference photographs, which is a difficult thing to do.

But it does not have to be around the universe at lease in the coming primary states!

You know when youre sitting there waiting for the movie, there are some ads, then previews, then the movie starts? This would be great! The booming thunder at the beginning would get everyones attention, they will think they are seeing a cool new movie preview. In fact it is a message from the good Dr. I wonder what it would cost to run this before each movie ahead of the convention and primaries.

Anyone got any contacts or know where to get info on getting this on the big screen??

I second this idea... It would be a very powerful audio/visual experience in a theater... I don't know how many people see a screen a week, but it seems like the rates are fairly reasonable.

I will look into it, it's great idea, and others have mentioned it as well. Keep in mind though, this would be before the film starts, with the theater lights still on when people are mingling and wandering in and out. And it would be mixed in with still slides for Franks Hardware & movie trivia. After the lights dim down, the sound volume goes way up, and the actual film trailers start.....that is another type of thing.

Hmm... are you sure? It would be much more effective if they played it after they dimmed the lights.

edit: I think you will be able to buy time after the lights dim... audiences may not usually like ads, but I think yours is captivating and inspiring...

Honestly, I haven't been to the theater in the last year, but when I last went, I do remember seeing ads mixed in with the coming attractions
