2nd IN MONTANA! Getting delegates in MN, AK, ND?

1. Romney 625 38%
2. Paul 400 25%
3. McCain 358 22%
4. Huckabee 245 15%

100% reporting

Maybe Huck's delegates could swing their votes our way to give us first, and we can throw them some delegates in return.

Too bad there weren't 225 more eligible Paul supporters in the entire state.

Don't forget its winner take all.

montana is winner take all

* Approximately 2,262 Republicans in leadership positions are eligible to vote in today's caucuses. The list includes voting members of the State Executive Committee, elected County Central Committee officers, elected or appointed Precinct Men and Women, incumbent Republican members of the Montana House of Representatives and Montana State Senate, incumbent Republican members of the PSC, and incumbent Republican officeholders in county, state, and Federal offices.

All 25 of Montana's delegates to the National Convention are bound to the candidate receiving the most votes statewide in today's caucus.

The delegates are bound to vote for the Caucus winner on the first ballot at the Republican National Convention. The winning candidate is allowed to release the delegates to a different candidate.

Yeh, but there are 245 Huck delegates who may want to switch their votes to Ron so that they can get a few national delegates too.

I like the delegate sharing idea. Huck and Paul team up to alternate states and beat both McCain and Romney. :)
We can return the favor of 3 national delegates in return for the win.

"Frank Discussions on Romney's campaign" are scheduled for February 6th! Looks like Romney's campaign will be making hard choices tomorrow. Ultimately, the question is: who blushes first?
Hopefully, Ron will do very well in Alaska!

Why would Romney keep wasting his own money on a party that just kicks him in the teeth continually.

hmmm...maybe he'd like to be Ron Paul's running mate.

Personally, Ron would likely never stand ideologically for Mitt as his running mate.

Anyway, I'm going to bed as I've been ill all day. I'll see where the dust settles by tomorrow.
