2012

I agree with working on things and not giving up ,but ,smart people plan ahead, no matter where they're coming from.

Here's a question that I really don't know the answer to..... who would Ron Paul pick? I hate to say it, I don't see anyone else out there with a record nowhere near Dr.Paul's. I'm would be for Napolitano, if he had a record, I like his words, but, words are just words, if Ron Paul wouldn't have had the record he did I never would have got behind him like I am right now.

Who controls the past controls the future. Who controls the present controls the past.

Napolitano has a record as a judge.

I know, he has a record, I'm just use to Ron Pauls........ spoiled I guess.

Obviously our man cannot make another run.

Why not? Watch Ron Paul's recent CPAC speech... he is at the top of his game. The 2012 campaign will start as little as 3 years from now.

Even if Ron doesn't win in 2008 and decides not to run in 2012, it doesn't change anything about the Revolution's goals. We'll continue the fight to claim the presidency and gain an influential minority, and eventually a powerful majority in the Congress and the Senate.

I say we start as soon as this election season is over, 9 months from now, win or lose.

We have to place our supporters into every level of the Republican party between now and then. Once we do that, we will have a real shot at getting a liberty-minded candidate elected to the White House, and also filling up congress with our supporters. This is the best way for the Revolution to proceed. Yes, it's as simple as that.

I couldn't agree more. This is our revolution and this is exactly what we have to do to succeed.

I agree. The whole idea behind this revolution is that it doesn't revolve around any one person, but instead it's about ideas; the idea of freedom, the idea of liberty, the idea of sound fiscal practices, the idea of small government, and the idea of a humble foreign policy.

We have to understand that, even if Dr. Paul was leading the race and eventually went on to become president in November, we must continue to fight for everything this revolution stands for. We had all better believe there will be obstacles and stiff opposition every step of the way from Congress and all of those in power who would fight tooth and nail to hold on to the corrupt power they have taken over the years. Those people will not give up without a fight, and until that fight is won, we will not be able to realize the ideals that this movement is based upon.

The way it looks right now is that a Ron Paul win in November is pretty unlikely which means, whether we like it or not, we are going to end up with more big-government and poor fiscal policy, regardless of which of the three front runners get's elected. While I hope it doesn't happen, I don't think you would have to go too far out on a limb to predict a catastrophic economic disaster over the next POTUS term meaning that any number of rash decisions could be made by the likes of Hillary, Obama, or McCain (depending on which one eventually ends up in office).

I guess what I am trying to say is that we need to all make sure that we bring as many people as we can into this revolution over the next 4 1/2 years so there is as much support as possible to thwart any rash decisions that may be attempted by those who would sell out our sovereignty faster than Bill Clinton introduces himself to a new intern. The more our voices are heard, and the louder those voices are, the harder it will be for a rash decision to be made and acted upon.
