Is Montana the state where a candidate has to poll at least 20% to receive delegates?

In the Caucus Paul got 25%, they are supposed to have their primary tonight.

MT is one of those weird states that has both.

Meaningless true, but it is telling to the delegates who they should vote for given that the delegates in the caucus are unbound due to Romney dropping out.
