the majority of the precincts in the cities haven't been reported yet. at posting Baton Rouge only has 1/314 precincts reporting...i think New Orleans is at 10%. results are coming in fast tho.

Is it possible that the Constitution Party and the Libertarian Party could have a joint Ron Paul ticket? That'd get him on the ballots in most states, right? Is this possible?

it was definitely a "hoo-rah" , and almost certainly from a Marine. it was a sign of a support for G-Dubs.

the early voting is for the 9Feb Primary, not the Caucus. Also, the Caucus was run by the LAGOP; whereas, the Primary will be run by the Secretary of State and the State of Louisiana. does that answer your question?
