good god.... I have the debate on and my 7 year-old is trying to put herself to sleep in her bedroom by reading diary of wimpy kid out loud to herself... maybe I should bring her out here to listen to this.
LOL... but I agree with you. I am in a swing state and Newt is the one guy who would make me cast a vote for Obama. Gingrich is immoral, unethical, and just plain reprehensible. Besides I must say I was impressed with Obama's brief take on one of the greatest singer's of our time:
Somewhat off-topic but here is the duet he did with James Taylor last night (I thought it was well done and also hysterical in how he compares himself to Cain):

They did talk about Ron Paul's numbers just a few minutes ago during Wolf Blitzer's show. They talked about how his economic message tied to liberty is a message that resonating with a lot of people. They also showed Gingrich being double-digits behind Obama and that hurts Newt's electability...
It happened at 6:00 on a Sunday so SC local media wouldn't be able to produce a story until the late news and honestly, that's the only media that is relevant as 99.99% of the rest of the country has no idea who Tom Davis is.
It's not so much if they change. It's their audience that may be influenced to look into him that matters. It only takes a single issue to serve as a hook to draw somebody in to the larger concept.
Well, I can understand your point to a degree but the people that wouldn’t vote for Paul because of a positive remark on a liberal/progressive show are the same group of people that aren’t going to vote for Paul because Hannity/O’Reilly/Limbaugh. Also most people don’t care as they get any...
I think this goes to what both Ron and Rand have said about building coalitions. You have to have a core issue that is important people to get them to examine you because you can never convert enough people to your entire platform to win an election but you can get people to believe that you are...
Who I really rise out of my chair and applaud now is Ron Paul"... moderate amount of cheers.
Interesting exchange tonight on the season premiere of Real Time. It started with Maher calling out Obama on NDAA. The DNC chair Debbie Wasserman makes some lame excuse and then Maher talks about how...
I agree. I do think there is a bias as you would think the media would be eating up a storyline of an anti-establishment candidate making the kind of progress that Ron Paul has made but they so downplay or dismiss the story so much that it has to be a bias.
However, I think the dropped feed...
No idea. That was the nickname he and Dickerson had as the backfield when they played football at SMU. He is a bit shady. SMU's football program was given the "death sentence" because of severe violations while he was there and just recently there was a story that painted him as one of those...
Well, he's a bit of an acquired taste and he is always in character even in interviews. His recap of the NH debates were hilarious:
