If that's true (and only if it's true) then I don't really blame the cops. If I threw a rock at a cop I would expect to be subdued. Thank God it ended with something relatively harmless like pepper spray and some rookie didn't pull his gun out and start shooting.

I voted around 9AM this morning in Upstate NY. There were quite a few people showing up, mostly older folks. No lines to speak of. There were more stations setup than in previous elections, I think they were prepared for higher vote numbers.

I have some exciting news! I was at a friends house and my friends sister and her husband decided to vote for Ron Paul based on the Glenn Beck interview!! This is exactly the type of mainstream exposure we need!! Who knows how many others like them were swayed... Rock on Ron!

They did a nice couple minute spot before the debate. They said "don't discount Ron paul just yet" and brought up his latest title "dark horse candidate of the year". It was surprisingly positive for a MSM spot.
