Wow. I've suspected it was a fake for a long time but never really wanted to discuss it with anyone because it definitely comes across quintessential conspiracy theory... Big news when a known official is putting his weight behind it. You'd think the White House would've handled this better...

What I don't understand is, how are the delegates decided in the primaries? I know most primaries assign delegates proportionally according to the popular vote, but how is it actually determined WHO these delegates are?
