I think Amash should be the next in line to run. I'd actually be more passionate about him as a candidate than I was about Rand.

I can def see that. He wants to tell the truth, but has been advised against it. This makes him seem less genuine to the voters that don't know him.

If Trump wins the Iowa caucus in a landslide, it's gonna be over for everyone. Rand needs to finish top 3 in a close race, and preferably beat out Trump, whose support doesn't show up with a terrible GOTV campaign. Top 2 would be even better.

Trump doesn't need the delegates, he just needs to win the straw poll to maintain the "inevitable" story line. Hopefully he gets 2nd or 3rd since his GOTV seems pathetic.
