This is pretty true. The establishment Republicans would rather see a Democrat in this seat than a TEA Party / Liberty Republican, especially because they are not in any danger of losing the House.

If Brat wants to win this, he is going to need the Palin / Paul / Lee / Cruz type candidates coming in to campaign for him, because the butthurt establishment is NOT going to help him at all.

It's always nice to find some common ground! Hopefully one of these days your friend will "get it" and realize what you're saying is true: 99% of Republicans and Democrats are the same ol' pestilential critter.
