Please read the above link. Laws that restrict political speech are antithetical to the freedoms which our country was founded upon.
If you'll be printing it out and handing it out to people, make sure you take a couple of print outs and sit down with it and a pen to see what you can compress or move around. Also, make sure it looks attractive when held at arm's length.
Public property is iffy. Even if it's within your rights (yard signs on public land), it doesn't mean a cop can't harass you. (With bus stops -- private property of your local transit authority -- you're not allowed to post stuff.)
The better rule here is if you do, don't get caught; if you are...
The arguments supporting gay marriage are mostly equally valid for polygamy, and as I understand it, Ron Paul has voiced tacit support for gay marriage in the sense that "it's none of the government's business what adults consent to". And as a bonus, the Bible doesn't really condemn polygamy...
Whenever I explain the libertarian position on organized labor, I do it as follows:
The government should not do anything to hurt a labor union's right to negotiate, but it shouldn't hurt a business's right, either. If the government gets involved, the people spend time trying to get the...

Whenever Ron gets an interview and they start off with "well, we know you're a long shot for Iowa/the nomination/the Presidency but you've been doing well in the polls. How do you explain some of your more controversial opinions, like legalizing all drugs?" and then Ron Paul drops a truth bomb...
As far as tailoring his message for conservative southerners, the fact that he's a veteran helps.
The illegal drugs issue is also better explained with a utilitarian justification than a personal liberty justification. Everybody wishes to reduce the harm that drugs have on people and society...
That's one of the blandest attack ads I think I've ever seen. Where is the sneering, snarling voiceover, or the ominous music? 5/10 but that's only for content, not style.
