Here's my two cents. Selecting a candidate, like most things in life, are based on emotions. The campaign or an independent group needs to run emotional ads on TV, the internet,or Radio. Ads that pull at you heartstrings i.e. RP in uniform, babies the cutest babies you can find RP as OBGYN...

People should also call their Representative to urge them to co-sponsor the bill.

He needs to win a primary then all the fence sitters will jump on board.

At some point the campaign has to stop talking about foreign policy and focus on spending cuts, social security/medicare! Romney has vague plains on social security reform. Gingrich's plain is you can get out of social security but you can get back in. This creates moral hazard and is a budget...

I believe Ron Paul can win South Carolina easily. Do you remember Alvin Greene? No money. No campaign. Never left his house. He received 100K votes. This is an open primary. If you direct the campaign towards the Democrats and let the other slice and dice the Republican vote RP is home free...

I agree. One thing I don't understand about the campaign is why RP is the only one speaking at these town halls. How much would it cost to have Jesse Benton or some local person speak on his behave to the meetup groups or at college campuses? The field could be a lot smaller after South...
