Actually the Constitution does make mention of it, its called life, liberty and the pursuit of hapiness. Making abortion illegal in all 50 states would definately fit Ron Pauls definition of the Constitution, which seems to support his effort to make the definition of life begin at conception.

I love Ron Paul but being realistic here this definately wasnt one of his better debates. In fact from what I saw of his answers alot of the time he studdered. Sure Ron Paul is by far the smartest person on the field and the most honest, but his speaking was bad this time around.
