Ron Paul while against federal tort reform (obviously) seems to be open to state tort reform.

oh, and another point on the illegal immigrants. I think with Ron Paul's approach, with not giving them wellfare, not keep rewarding for being here, and everything else, why would they be here to vote in the first place? I don't think voting is such a big concern as the fact that they're here...
Good points, especially about state-level vs. federal level. But how do you guys feel about rights to privacy? I really just don't want to the government to know everything I'm doing, and they have no right to. With the information from a ID check, now they will know I voted at a certain...
