Does everyone grow their own tobacco? Not everyone has a green thumb and is a farmer. Not everyone lives in an area where you could grow it outside year round. Do you have any idea how expensive it is to set up grow lights? And then the power they use? Yes I think people would buy it...

I don't think this guy bought his vehicle from the HOA, HOA only exist per the purview of state law. In essence they are acting as a government agency. They may actually be overstepping their legal authority since essentially the state owns your vehicle since you have to pay to license it.

Maybe all the people that support this, should pay for it.
