That is freaking stupid. It reminds me of when I got pulled over for pulling into a gas station that a cop was at and then turning around because I was going the wrong direction and he pulled me over for "suspicious driving".

WPH is much more plentiful in aminos than standard WPC and even WPI. Best form.
