LOL, now that the vote is going to fail some aye's are going to switch to nay's so they can take credit for it.

I have no idea what the Dow is doing right now, no financial websites seem to be working.

With a national debt of $9 trillion and a 2008 budget deficit of $240 billion, where is the money for these rebates coming from? The only possible answer is that it's being created out of thin air. Inflation, anyone?
