Neil knows. It's his job to scare and outrage, not share the ugly truth and help solve anything.

More often than not, any Fox/other "news" punk will press for the one word answer they're looking for.

Fear and outrage. If you tell the whole ugly truth, you give your customer all your goods at one time. What will keep 'em coming back?

Even though everything that Ron Paul said was correct that was a disappointing interview. He didn't explain the most important point well enough which is his earmark doesn't add to the total money being spent and if he doesn't take it will be spent however the executive branch wants.

the gop and fox news have their 2012 guy already narrowed down, and paul or a paul endorsed person is not in their plans.

from here on out, it will be 2007-2008 all over again with how they cover paul.

Cavuto just became my permanent enemy. Unless he writes a best seller entitled How Ron Paul Was Right About Everything by Neil Cavuto.

Sigh... they're beating this drum again? People are just dumb enough to fall for it too. Pity, last couple times I saw Cavuto it seemed like the light was coming on in his head. Must've been brief flashes before dimming further.

I was one of those until a few days ago. Thanks to this board, and some follow-up fact checking from other sources, I have been set straight. Now that I know about this it has become glaringly obvious that the whole thing is being used as a diversion. The public is being played like a slight of hand magician plays his audience.

Let's not forget that RP knows the game, and he has a Congressional constituency that he has educated well.

If the earmarks are inevitable, then the citizens of his district should benefit, yes?

I would prefer Ron Paul over my current congress-critter Zoe Lofgren!

I was accused on another forum of drinking the Ron Paul Koolaid, and I admitted to craving it!

Lofgren did make an issue of the FISA/wiretaps. Other than that she's fired for voting for the bailout.
