[Youtube] Ron Paul Highlights CNN Debate 1/26/12

THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sadly I missed most of the debate:(

Haha Santorum sees a jihadist under every bed. I thought Santorum was going to say that we have to make the moon safe from radical islam.

Very good performance. He occasionally had his typical issues of talking too fast, or talking above the head of the average voter, but he came across as very genuine, above the fray, and downright humorous. Even my Dad, who I am still far from converting to Ron Paul, laughed with Ron's quips, and remarked that that was a good side of him to see.

Wow, just watched. Amazing performance! Ron talked much slower this time, and also received very good questions that painted a picture of RP being a president. Amazing really.

He was on fire tonight, once again stayed above the garbage, and honestly, hes the funniest one of the bunch - real Reagan like, people love a good joke.

Woulda been a perfect debate if Santorum wasn't so fired up, he's going to get some headlines. But his anger was so synthetic.

The problem is that it takes time to understand what liberty is, so despite RP being 100% perfect for so many debates now, it is still something people need to digest first. So if the media and people go after Santorum right now, its not because of anyone's fault here. We did the best we could (well maybe more phone from home would help).

RP's "politicians to the moon" comment is getting a lot of commentary, mostly favorable,

Sample,

Gingrich, who's falling in the polls in Florida against Mitt Romney just a few days before the state primary, has already proposed a "Northwest Ordinance for Space," which would allow the moon's residents to apply to become an American state once its population reaches 13,000.

As he reiterated his lunar proposals at the CNN debate, Gingrich's three rivals for the nomination seemed to be struggling not to burst into laughter. Ron Paul, dismissing the idea, quipped: "We should send some politicians to the moon."

i didnt watch the debate, but it looks like it went well. 15minute+ ish talking time is not bad. they didnt seem to ask bullshit question or ask a hit question to ron.

i really liked the part where he talked about national defense and space exploration. hell yeah, i want a satellite that fires laser beams or nukes lol.

I liked the part where he said some politicians need to go to the moon.

But also I think when he was talking about Newt using the SSI trust to balance the budget was a very good point and I think it should be brought up a whole lot more becuse it seems that people do not know or have forgotten that it was Newt using that trust to balance the budget.

UGh, santorum.

But I chuckled at Ron's comment:

"I know a much better way than using force to get along with people"

Attaboy, Doc!

To which Santorum replies, "I don't know what answer Dr. Paul was listening to, but he obviously wasn't listening to my answer."

And people started clapping for Santorum? WTF? No one even understands what Santorum was ranting about except for the fact he mentioned Iran a few times. I don't even think Santorum was listening to his own answer.
