I just finished watching the video. YES, I agree he did great, and he came across as sincere, strong, and intelligent.. and REAL, unlike the same old phony RINOs he's running against.
I liked that there was some laughter and a bit of friendly joking around. (and the last question about what he would be doing that night if he wasn't there was perfect, and endearing, imo.)
He did seem to focus on Santorum a lot, when it came to the criticizing his opponent's positions. But the exchange with Newt was excellent, and yeah, he demolished him there.
He's not the most slick speaker, but I think (and hope) people can see that he is genuine, and that should be more important than being so plastic and perfect, like used-car salesman Romney.
