Pretty much the story. Santorum was at his usual 9% in Iowa, the media puts out a fake GOP-only poll and the lemmings are like "welp, guess it's time to support Santorum; Kilmeade here tells me he's 'surging.'"

Wasn't the day when Paul's poll numbers dropped the day after he was attacked by Michael Savage? I'm wondering if there's a connection.

Voters generally don't go by what talk radio hosts are saying. Michael Savage, Mark Levin, and Rush Limbaugh were all going after Mccain extensively, yet he still ended up securing the nomination. You have to remember the average listeners on radio only listens 10-15 minutes too.

The media has the ability and the freedom to report what they wish in whatever way they wish, within the bounds of the law. If it can be proven in court, that CNN or other media outlets have engaged in DELIBERATE actions to slander RP, we have a case and shutting down their servers with a email/ contact us page bomb will do nothing to help. Think about this as what RP would do. He has access to good lawyers that know the law, and he is one of the best at knowing constitutionally what they can and cannot say about him. The best retaliation is a boycott. A complete boycott, to do so we would have to have a very well conducted investigation that could lead to charges against any news outlet that slandered or committed libel against RP. Not sure how they haven't been brought up on charges already but maybe we should start getting videos and news reports of every lie that CNN has uttered about RP and put them together and see what the campaign wants to do about it.

IDK if it was illegal but I've got CNN with a graphic talking about their poll on wednesday having santorum ahead of paul and then on Friday Joe Johns saying on air that santorum is in second place in the cnn poll

You guys I just don't see how Dr. Paul could have lost such a large percentage of support, as alleged in the DMR poll. I will be waiting for this PPP poll, and with much anticipation. Although the PPP tweets seemed to say they wouldn't be surprised if Santorum somehow won, I was under the impression from what they tweeted that Paul and Romney were still the ones fighting for first. This PPP poll should be very interesting, and I will say now before it is released, that I think the results of it should be considered credible. Judging from what PPP has tweeted today, I just don't see them blindly accepting the Santorum in second narrative unless they really do find those results in their poll.

DMC doesn't allege that Ron Paul lost any support. They had Ron Paul +5 or so from their last poll. And we are still within the margin of error, have strong organization to GOTV, AND the DMC poll didn't include Democrats. PPP should be better since they include Democrats in their polls.

Last time they said it like that Paul was still first.

I'm curious if this artificial surge has hurt Bachman, Perry, and Gingrich. Would be interesting to see them get upset at CNN for intentionally boosting Santorum into a surge at their expense. I can see a number of great things coming out of a Santorum 3rd or 2nd behind a Paul win though. On one side it might kill Romney in NH or at least weaken him enough for an upset.

It seems like we need Santorum to do just enough damage. Bring down Romney but don't totally dethrone him. Make it a 3 man race but stay back. Blowback and Backfire, I think that so many elements of the MSM are trying to tug public opinion in so many different directions now they may wind up handing us a Nomination as a result of their meddling in the affairs of a free election.
