Based on feedback from a few individuals and our own curiosity, we have created different color schemes for our designs. We value your opinion and so we want you to vote for the design you believe is the most effective for the Austin, Texas market. There are some choices that could be mixed matched between the different color backgrounds as well. We need to go to print soon so once I see a clear design winner we will close the poll. The location consists of two 9 x 30 billboards with a 2 foot gap in between each billboard. We will have both sides of the billboard to enable us to reach both north and south bound traffic on I-35.
Vote and have fun!

"The location consists of two 9 x 30 billboards with a 2 foot gap in between each billboard." The bottom billboard will have the web address.

:DHowdya reply so fast, I just hit submit

The website info is on the huge 9 x 30 billboard underneath. We devote an entire billboard to the web address, primary and phone number.

I really like this one:

My only problem with it is the lack of a web address.

Now that's better.. Much better than the black one.. With no daylight savings time now, I don't agree with having a black sign as there are more dark hours than daylight hours.

bump!

I think the blue one shows up really well against the faded winter landscape. This is a great location btw=)!

I have heard from marketing experts that black or dark blue backgrounds with yellow or white writing are the most successful. It could be just a rumor but there is something catchy regarding the sharp contrast of colors.

I have no experience in advertising.

But, when I am driving I notice the black and white signs before I do all the others. The white background looks nice on the computer screen but I think the black is going to easier to read quickly (while driving) and draw more attention than the other examples.

I agree that this is a great location! I may have to drive to Austin just to see it!!

I like the blue background. Looks very American and Presidential. BTW, saw you speak at the Austin Liberty Ball and was very impressed. I'm going to contribute to your billboard. God bless you!

Thanks, it came from the heart. I wasn't prepared at all, I just went there to see just how big the grassroots turnout would be and also to pass out info about our website. The turnout was huge and even families with kids were there. I met so many new friends including several old ones like George Humphrey. Jack Blood asked me to speak on stage about Ron Paul Billboards and this was following the last speaker. The amazing final scheduled speaker was Ronnie Paul, Dr. Paul's eldest son! So then I go up there with no preparation in front of a large group of die hard RP supporters and the media. I wasn't nervous until I was up there for about a minute, then it hit me that I was on stage talking:eek:. I was moved by all the applause, support and donations we received during and after this event. I still feel the good energy from that night.

You can now vote for the designs on our website on the Texas Billboards page at this link http://www.ronpaulbillboards.com/id20.html
