They weren't suprised. Jefferson loves RP. It was delayed because some dimwit forgot to turn in his precinct's 50 votes.

We actually were at 10% for a few seconds. For a little while it showed that Ron Paul had 11,232 votes and exactly 10%. Then all of a sudden the counter went backward and it showed that he had 9.98% and only 11,216 votes.

I'm watching the live coverage on politico.com. I'm not sure how the app works and why it would ever go backwards, unless someone initially entered the wrong number and then manually corrected it.

Did anyone else see this? I am absolutely positive that it said 10%, and I am fairly certain about the 11,232 number because I was saying it out loud to myself right before it changed.
