Work has become hell, and is keeping me busy and stressed...I try to avoid the news anymore.

But more importantly, what more is there to be said?

The Police/Surveillance state is here, all around us, the tyranny we have all been warning about...and nobody seems to give a shit, in fact, Boobus wants more of it.

So why make myself sick hollering about it?

My focus is more on enjoying my time with family, trying to effect local change and lying as low as possible otherwise.

Yeah, I'm right there with you, brother. There comes a time when we're left with returning to things that are truly meaningful. Agreed. Except I'm not really even caring too much for local change anymore aside from keeping good relations with my neighbors. Well...until I get sick of them and decide to move some place nicer in the world. Once my responsibilities have effectively expired, I'm probably going to do that. Hopefully, I won't be walled in and trapped in the police state when that time comes.
