Yay! 10 Day Forecast on www.weather.com Says Snow On Jan 1st In Ames Iowa

yeah hopefully that thing picks up steam. old people hate the cold!!!

Yeah, and with the "deep" level of support Mitt Gingrich has, the bigger the storm the smaller their turnout.

Maybe Bachman saw the ten day forecast and that's why she think's she is surging. With a snow storm she could change her 5% to 6%:)

I'm not sure if snow helps or hurts us. Sure, snow brings out the dedicated voters, but no-snow means more undecided people to convert at the caucus with an amazing 2-minute speech. Reports from last time have more than half of the undecided voters picking Paul after a great speech.

Accuweather says "abundant sunshine" and a high of 43° on Jan. 3, up from a high of 31° on the 1st.

I kinda don't want a snow storm, I want it clear weather so the media doesn't have an excuse to how we won.

you all sound like politicians now. All the media will say is that "Paul won because of storm."

Now, I know all of you are going to say, "they're going to say that no matter what."

Maybe that is the case, but I am not rooting for anything, one way or another.

All I know is Ron Paul is going to win...

I was looking for more than a ten day forecast. I should have checked Accuweather. @harikaried has a good point about the undecideds. Oh well, I think we'll win either way. I would just like to see a freaking landslide.

I second this thought. A CLEAR WIN. Period.

Otherwise the media will be like "well you know it was snowing and Ron Paul supporters are enthusiastic so this wasn't really a win".

I think we can seriously and honestly CLEARLY win Iowa.

whether it's snowing or not they'll still use some dumb excuse
whatever it legally takes to bring home the biggest winning margin is fine by me

It says snow showers, which will hardly keep people away. We've had a very mild winter so far in the midwest so I'm not banking on any type of storm.

Dito. Remove as many excuses as possible.

I'm hoping for a landslide win on a bright sunny day. If we win by a lot more than predicted and it's bad weather, they'll say it was because of the weather. If it's a close win and bad weather, they'll say we actually lost.
